Shaping the Wolf Within Your Dog ReviewExcellent book. When I got a new pup, I bought several books including this one. I read them all, and this one made sense to me. My husband and I tried the techniques described in the book such as hiking combined with hide&seek to become the "alpha" of our pack. This worked great and was great fun for the pup as well as for my husband and me. The techniques described in the book worked so well on our pup that we tried them on our older (~8-9 year old) dog.
