Managing Organizational Change, Second Edition ReviewI got this book as it is required for the "Managing Organizational Change" class at Keller. It has many deficiencies, I list some of them below:* Extremely bad paper quality (almost newspaper quality).
* Not very organized Table of Contents.
* Two-column layout makes it difficult to follow.
* Tables and graphics are not pleasant to the eye (everything is black and white and most of the tables don't even have a header row that you can easily differentiate from the rest of the table).
* An Index that they might as well not include, since it's completely useless. I haven't been able to find anything with it.
For the reasons above and many others, I don't recommend getting this book unless it's required for a class you're taking and you have no choice.Managing Organizational Change, Second Edition Overview
