Resolving Conflict : A Practical Approach (2nd Edition) ReviewThis book is somewhat different to what I was expecting. Rather than a focus on political conflict, I actually found it more relevant when applied to workplace conflict. As a business handbook, you could probably pick up quite a lot from this book, there are some good ideas there to do with improving communication. What I like best about the book, however, is how user-friendly it is. It doesn't read too much like a textbook - the style is very conversational, and easy to absorb. The structure is that of mini essays dealing with each point - each subheading contains an explanation, arguments and criticisms.
