It has wonderful sample lesson plans that are easy to customize to your needs. It even has lesson plan formats to cater to different groups of children - i.e. ADD/ADHD. It also contains lesson plans for a wide range of children - toddlers to teens. Even includes ways to integrate storybooks with your practice. Essentials of Team Building Principles and Practices ReviewI bought this book to use with senior secondary students who are struggling to work together in drama.
The activities I have used (the maze and untying knots) have worked beautifully and the students have been very engaged with the activities.
The only frustration I have with this book is that one needs a lot of equipment for most of the activities. The equipment includes things like gym scooters and puzzles which my department doesn't have the budget for.
If you have money to set up or a well stocked Physical Education unit I would definitely reccommend this book. For those with limited budgets you won't get the full potential out of this book.Essentials of Team Building Principles and Practices Overview
